That's pretty awesome. I know it's just something so small, but its pretty cool!
Peter, Thanks again for taking us on this journey and sharing it with us. Really cool to riding shotgun alongside of you all the way from the US. We appreciate it! Also, I have to say, when I first saw the UV pics, I was less than thrilled. Now that it's grown on me, it just might have taken over as my favorite RS color, at least until the PTS cars start showing up. But the LO deviated stitching is a perfect contrast for the UV exterior. Well done sir! Be safe and I look forward to reading more on tomorrow's adventures! Have fun! Yes new morning routine flip the coffee maker on, click my RL favorites tab and check in on Trakcar's ED thread , lovin it Peter , much more fun news than reading about the Pope trundling around . Really starts the day with correct prospective , Go Peter and the Hurray for the Misses being so cool!!! |
Awesome, Peter!

Quick video from first session Kobalt pulling me along.
Ran one sub 9 second on my own so far and that's about good. Much faster is risky. |

Its creatief noise and understeer. Guess i just keep running... I haven't seen the issue with my GT4 cup2s or the cup2s I use on my M3..much less buildup on those. |

I don't hear anything close to 88 there. Please stop torturing the motor and give it what it needs ;)

The rubber build up is a a consequence of running just hard enough to get the tires warm and sticky, but not hard enough to roll the rubber off. If this was a track you know, it wouldn't happen.
Looks like a cool, and beautiful day in Germany! Your wife is indeed very brave!! |

I'm just glad I discovered it in time. |

Might be... They will be sent to Pirelli for investigation.
I'm just glad I discovered it in time. I would send it to Pirelli. That doesn't look right as there is plenty of tread life left in the tire and it does't appear to be over heated in the picture either. I have seen issues with tires where they will separate at the seams when they are ran at too low of a pressure and abused during this time. Most of this is with full on racing slicks though. Keep us in the loop with what Pirelli says |
