Default Trading the Dream Car for the Dream House...Temporarily

I'm sad to say this, but I'm going into the GT3 hibernation mode for a little while. We are under contract on our dream home, so the GT3 is going to have to be sacrificed.

My guess is that some of my friends here are going to try and talk me out of this, but this is the right thing to do for me and my family. We are just not at the point yet to own both responsibly, so I'm temporarily taking one for team Moreman.

You guys know how much I love this thing and how well I've taken care of it. I hope it will find a great home soon!

Matt

We'll have to find you a ride for the Smokies! Good luck with everything. Sorry to hear you have to let the GT3 go.

This is going to be my garage. I'm adding onto it and obviously putting walls/doors on it. It's going to be 1600 sq. ft!

Congrats Matt. Beautiful home. I did the same thing earlier this year. However, once the dust is settled, I was able to get me another toy. I fully expect to see you back with a RS in a few months.

Best of luck,
Patrick

Party at Matt's new house. All kidding aside Matt, congrats on your decision. I'm sure you have been thinking this through for quite some time. Hopefully you will stay in touch with the boys here on RL. Best of luck.

And you should set up a wash bay in the garage to stay out of the sun!

Good deal! In Ny that would've been 3 mil depending on location.

Enjoy!

That so does not translate to So. Cal. real estate. Congratulations Matt, make it happen.

Dan (plans to spend $1.5M+ for less sq ft and far less than .5 acres in a couple of years )
