My god I need to move to FL. I could afford so many more cars!

Congrats on the beautiful house! You'll be back. It usually doesn't take ex-owners long.

I think you'll also need one of this. Also, are you planning to sell it privately or pre-trade for tax credit. I believe you have a year to purchase something.

Congrats Matt on the beautiful home. Once you are settled in all you'll be thinking about is what super car will fit this house. It never ends.

I read your first post and thought you were nuts, then I saw pics of the house and I absolutely agree with your decision. Congrats and best of luck.

Completely agree, beautiful home!

Hope you have some extra space, I can see even more garage space in your future!

Matt you're doing the right thing. Family trumps personal. Good job and beautiful home (jealous). There will be a GT3 in your future down the road. Hope to meet up sometime. Jeff

really nice house. that house alone would be 4m+ in the area we live in on a lot with minimal yard. with that amount of land it would 20-30m...!!!! Man does CA suck for home prices.

Nice home Money!

Chris, at least for the winter months. Think of all the savings!!
Like California, prices and locations vary a lot.
Still, just bought 1.25 Acres for $60K.

But the 1/3 acre lot next door is $720K.
