At least I hope they are, put my name in. Anybody have and idea based on when the 997.1 GT3s coming out? I'm going to guess some new generations will be announced after dealers clear some existing inventory. An announcement for a 991.1 GT3 would also bring the pre owned 991 GT3 market under control.

991.1 GT3s are coming.
I thought they came out in 2014
If you "put your name in" for something, what did the dealer say?
997 GT3? Let me know where I can find a new one of those!

I assume that, too. I placed a deposit for an allocation slot for the 991.2 GT3 RS last week. Dealer could not confirm that Porsche will be producing it but also stated that two other people already gave deposits. Being #3 on the list may not guarantee me anything even if they do produce it.

an eventual not confirmed so farGT3 facelift will not impact
the fact that any 991 GT3 is the last NA GT3 series
no impact on price or in other words this why market is flying fast
to catch asap any still available
very diffetent if Porsche would build a 992 GT3 NA but this is well known not to happen
enjoy yours if you can have one

I think there was a 3 year gap between 997.1 and 997.2 GT3s.

Dealers don't have any information as of yet - fortunately my dealer doesn't require deposits from me until there is an actual allocation/build locked so I'm on every list imaginable. Was talking to the owner yesterday and he hopes to have some more information on future GT cars before the end of the year.
He was speculating they may pull forward the GT2/GT2 RS as it works better with the Turbo messaging/switch.

I think we're on the same page but I worded it wrong. First 997.1 GT3 was 2007MY and 997.2 GT3 was 2010MY. So not a gap, but three years between introduction of models. Sorry.

I put my name and deposits down for the .2 GT3, RS, and GT4 back in April-May with 3 non-CA and non-FL dealers so hopefully one of them will come through.
