The four alternative circuits which are shown below make Anglesey Circuit the perfect venue for many motor sport events.
International GP: The 2.1mile International Circuit is suitable for almost every category of racing bike or car and offers spectators a choice of several excellent vantage points.
Coastal: The 1.55 mile Coastal Circuit offers a slightly shorter lap possibly favoured by less powerful machinery and also includes the extremely popular Corkscrew.
National: The 1.2mile National Circuit is arguably one of the best shorter circuits in the UK. It is extremely technical offering two long straights, the fast, sweeping School corner leading up to Rocket.
Club: The 0.8 mile Club Circuit offers a shorter lap distance. Primarily used for smaller club and training. It can be operated simultaneously with the National Circuit.

Having tracked my turbo s on trofeo r and cup 2s I agree with you ..however everything starts to go off after 2-3 flying laps...and this is where the RS will gain the upper hand ..

Give the RS some TrofeoR's and it'll even do better..
A cat-less manifold, it'll do even more..
Etc..Etc..
We've been waiting for the dreaded Speciale duel and here it is, raw & unbiased..
How much more does it take for the RS to prove its supremacy as THE overall ULTIMATE street race car?

Damn that car is quick. I don't think people realize just how fast a Turbo-S is in a straight line. For the RS to make up that difference in the corners is amazing.
Mad downforce and mechanical grip.

Three Wheelin'
991 GT3RS The New Track King
Thank you for the OP for posting and sharing this video. I was confident the 991 GT3RS can and will beat the Ferrari Speciale. This YouTube video and analysis just proves that point.
All things considered, Naturally Aspirated, horizontally opposed 6 cyclinder, rear wheel drive, 500BHP, this GT3RS shouldn't not have been at the top of the Leaderboard. Instead, it is no doubt the TOP DOG currently.
Man-O-Man, this 991 GT3RS without a doubt, is a FEROCIOUS BEAST, and King on the track!
Drive safe,

Tired of these 3 lap tests. Proper track testing is done in hot weather emptying 2 tanks of gas on tough on cars tracks.
I should start a car testing YouTube channel.

Sure, like a Z06. But as yellowPman say indicates the RS is over the line first in some cases. Or in the Z06 case the only one.

Sump mod...producing a turbo charged track weapon.. Maybe Porsche would have woke up and given us the 650-700hp GT2RS or similar ..

Miata would probably win.

The turbo is cheaper on the used market, more comfortable around town, tons of low end torque, faster on a track with equal tires (lets not even get into tuning because the turbo will run away with that), can be used all year around with awd. It has back seats that can used in a pinch for adults or kids. and a pretty awesome stereo.
I like the RS. But I'd say this is more of a victory for the turbo.

But assuming the driver can handle this, you might be right - tires seem to be the next weak spot for heavy cars in hot weather, so the lighter car would last longer.
