15k , best DD ever...
Almost 15k now,
Best car I've ever owned.
Just finished a 3000 mile drive through 3 states over a couple of weeks. Amazing is an understatement ...
Anyone who pays to have theirs delivered versus flying to get it and drive home is or has missed out big time.
It's my DD also , still on first set of brakes and second set of rubber.
That's in spite of lots of track time, drifting and donuts...

My biggest problem with this car as a DD (and I in fact do DD it) is that it gets too much attention.

But have you washed it yet? I remember when Joe M and I were down at MSR Cresson driving the Miatas. Went out to lunch with you and Denis B for killer Mexican. I saw your car from a distance and asked if it was Agate? Your reply was: "Nope. Black. Just haven't washed it yet". Hahahahaha

I do agree that you should just enjoy the attention (quietly) though!! I too am amazed how fantastic this car becomes after every day of ownership.

Ipse, where do you hail from Sir? I've had a few comments out here in NorCal but I'm sure most people here just see this as "another Porsche"?

In contrast, I feel practically invisible when driving my black 997 911 cab.

I had the Cup up at Watkins Glen yesterday all ready to run the NASCAR course while they repave the boot. I thought it'd be fun to check out the short course. No dice, fuel cell burst before I got out there. Now it is at Dan Jacobs' hoping to be fixed before next weekend's CR @ Mosport.
