They were $495 in the past and our supplier just raised our cost by a large margin. We don't make that much money on this product but it does look as good as the OEM version from Porsche and is still $300 less BUT IT WORKS!!

I wasn't pleased when I was told our cost was going up but hopefully you can see firsthand the effectiveness of thus upgrade, while also aesthetically pleasing and still several hundred dollars less than the OEM Porsche carbon upgrade which is just a flat piece???

Here's the latest update... word back from shop that machine is fixed and production back on line. Hope to have everything stamped and done by end of this week, beginning of next. Powder coat and completion by END of next week, latest. Will post when first shipment to you all on way.
Thanks for your patience. We're almost there.
BTW, for those that don't want to wait, others on this thread apparently have their units available for sale. (GMG has never returned my phone calls for service for cage issues, but apparently very interested in selling these wind buffeting pieces? I'm flattered.)

Thanks everyone for the PM's. I'm really surprised this issue still exists? One would think Porsche would have figured it out by now w/ the .2, but guess not.
I'll reach out to the fabricator I worked with several years ago and see if they're still able to manufacture another run.
Will post an update Monday or as soon as I find out.
Happy Easter, all.

We have a great Sales Staff in the shop, with Dom leading the charge, or you can always email Sales@gmgracing.com as there are 5 of us linked to that email address.
We have sold out of our units in the past and some have been upset about the wait times, so I tried to buy in bulk to help minimize the delivery timeframe and now we should have plenty more in stock.
We try to please everyone but obviously we can't.

This is a replacement piece for the factory unit.
Sorry, I am responding to this on my phone as I am with my family for my kid's spring break.

James, off topic but will you guys be doing a GMG outing to Thermal in the Fall/Winter? If so, I'd love to know when.

Here's the latest update...
I've spoken w/ the fabricators and they're working on getting the new protoype finished. Revisiting, these winglet's single highest manufacturing cost is the powder coating. In order to get these through the powder coating line (after they're stamped), there has to be a way to hang them as they go through the coating process. What they've done in past was to weld a small connection in the back to hang them. Once through the process they're cut and sanded, but it then leaves a bare spot on the back (which was of no consequence since it would be covered by the adhesive/double sided tape, but still causes extra work).
If we can cut a small hole somewhere, this would eliminate that process (which could most likely save 50% of the cost, which was the whole point of these in the first place). So, I've asked if they can just laser cut "Porsche" into the winglet that actually diffuses the air. I'm not sure how it will look, but more importantly I'm not sure how it will function? The engineer suspects it will still work as it did, however the concern will be whether it will create a whistling of sorts as the air goes around the letters?
I hope to have the prototype back to me shortly and will post pics when I get them. I'm unfortunately without a Porsche at this time in my inventory, so will have to find someone w/ a 991 to test for me. Worst case, our PCA region has an event at Mid Ohio in two weeks and can try it out then. Not sure how effective tho trying to hear w/ a helmet on?

Burning Brakes
+2 for GMG
I had a different solution in my .1 GT3 RS, it worked decently. I just installed the GMG ones 2 weeks ago, they are the BEST. I'm now driving windows down as much as I can, although haven't been above 75mph yet.
