No, it's a plastic hook, part of the front splitter with nothing attached..

Is it flexible. Does it bend up and screw into the clip/blind nut just above it on the bottom of the rocker?
Car is beautiful. GT Silver looks like a completely different beast on this thing. Great choice. Congrats!
