Porsche is very good at marketing and creating hype. They cause hysteria in the car market to enhance their brand. This can cause some to be wrapped up in the hype.

Placed an order for PTS GT3rs yesterday (I know,,,,Good luck)
So.. if I get allocation My car goes up on the block
if no allocation for the RS then I am still in a good position with a great car, optioned right!

It funny that as good as the GT3 is, so many people are still moving up to the RS. You can't have too many miles on your car yet. I'm in the same boat as you, waiting. I don't want to drive my car too much if I'm going to sell it but it's hard to resist.

I would just drive it. RS allocations are scarce.

No one really knows. This fall will tell. There should be a bunch of deliveries by then. It also depends if Porsche releases another round of allocations.
