What is the disparity in Torque between these two cars?
Don't know how Porsche will keep up with other car marques, competitively, unless they turbo charge the GT3 or add two more cylinders with their next model 911.
Then Porsche can start putting the bigger engines in the Boxster and Cayman. I could see the GT3 engine in the GT4 just ripping it up.

The GT3(stock) was 453 whp and 326 ft.lb at the wheels.
Both cars were dynoed on the same dynojet with the same smoothing, however several years apart.
FWIW, an F430 Scud with our full performance package did 472 whp and 333 ft.lb at the wheels on 93 octane. We did the same car with 100 octane/tune and saw 503 whp.
It seems that, stock to stock, the GT3 should win this race, especially with the PDK advantage. Ferrari is generally VERY generous with their curb weights, but it would appear that the Scud must have a significant advantage in that department to win this race. Either that or it was not stock.

Did you just say that you got 453 whp in a stock GT3.. That does not sound right.. Some dynos have given it much lower numbers... 326 ft-lbs is also quite high.
Do you have some graphs you could provide us? Why is the loss to the drivtrain that you expect? 15%?

EDIT: Generally speaking, I expect anywhere form 12-15% drivetrain loss in RWD. The Porsche benefits from having such a compact system. The car ran very strong, but I don't have enough experience in multiple GT3's to determine if it was stronger than most!

I'm also surprised by these results of these videos.. Maybe something is wrong with that gt3?
A couple weeks ago I did a roll against my friend in a stock 2010 GTR (early morning, empty highway). We went from around 40 mph to 130 mph and we were dead even! He is a very good driver paddle shifting and I was doing the same. He also ran against another 991 gt3 from a stop to around 120mph and he told me that they were also dead even.
The Gt3 is a track car, not a drag racer, so watching videos of it loosing to other cars in this arena doesn't bother me at all. However, these results don't align with what I've seen.
