Looks like orange velvet flocking. It needs these wheels. Matte black wrap would make for the evil 911 ever.

Damn that GT silver RS looks good. Not sure if I would go for that or lava orange if I had an allocation.

Maybe the light but seems to be some color QC issues between the fender/hood and front bumper cover on that GT Silver car.

Sometimes paint protection will show what looks like distortion in the paint when pictures are taken through a polarized lens. It is where the paint protection gets stretched a little. The grain of the film creates that look only when viewing through polarized lenses.
