I learned my lesson too. This is a scam. If this was the stock market, this is close to price manipulation. Hurray to capitalism.

That is why I would stick with my GT3. Next year, I would buy one(RS) after all this excitement is gone.

I have residency in Nevada and Nevada has had a law in place since 2006 that makes private party individual car purchases (either the seller is in our out of state) exempt from being subject to the local sales tax (8.1% in clark county). Nevada also allows you to get trade in credit against your purchase. My bought the last 5 out of 6 cars from private parties to gain the benefit of not having to pay sales tax (had to buy the Prius new to get the tax credits and the wonderful carpool sticker in CA).

Isn't this a relatively common occurrence with Centerlocks?

When I started looking for a GT3 12/2013, I got 1 allocation but was not ready so lost it. fast forward to Oct 2014, I had 3 allocations to pick on I chose the March delivery.

Anyways, I have to build a bigger garage, I would me ready next year, perfect timing again.

If you have the dough, you will find one.

Anyone here on RL trade this one in to them??
Unfortunate... I suspect whoever traded this in so soon didn't truly understand vehicle dynamics and harsh ride on regular streets. I personally prefer the stiff suspension for both street and track on all my rides.

Porsche of Omaha has a black one with less than 100 miles (no lwb). Park Place has a 250 mile GT silver with LWB, roll bar and harnesses coming soon.

I am out of town his week but am going to be selling my '15 Jet Black Metallic LWB, steel brakes, lift car very soon. MSRP $156, 865
to which I added clear side lenses, ceramic tint, Sharkwerks exhaust (in box new) and Porsche cover. 8 months California registration left on 2/27/15 purchase. Total about $160,500 plus $14,000 California sales tax. Car is perfect, no stories. Just under 1200 miles when I washed the dust off and covered it last week.

Nobody wants to pay my sales tax and I don't want to ask over MSRP (plus adds) even though it seems they're selling for more. Was thinking there may be someone with a car I could drive every day who is waiting to get a GT3 and if they traded to me at a nice price point (dealer trade in price) I recover my tax in a way and we are both happy.
A 2S or 4S convertible in mint condition plus cash may be interesting. Ideally a car with a couple or more years on it as I don't want a 100k trade. Or even a Tesla. Or? Or maybe I'll just take cash if I can't find the right deal. As I said I am away so not posting photos today, if you have interest pls look up my prior posts as I put up photos and it hasn't changed other than the odo reading. PM me any proposals but I don't be disappointed if I can't reply today.

Why am I selling / trading? I really would prefer something I don't have to worry about leaving parked. These really are great cars and I just don't like leaving it unattended. Yeah it's just money, no need to comment it's just where I'm at.

I'd like to do business with a reliable rennlist member, I enjoy the forum and there's people with means who are easy to work with. Car is not posted for sale anywhere yet, readers get first chance. Orange County near Long Beach area. Oh and I have a house in Vegas and the sales tax bit interests me. May have an acceptable trade sent / registered there.

Anyone interested?

Ps Have all accessories like window sticker, keys, books and Porsche pen kit they mailed. Car never tracked or even driven hard.

Get out of the forum now.

It also has a cage and harness, front and rear laser jammer, backup camera, radar mirror - looked like passport and fairly sure the whole car is wrapped. My business partner put a deposit on it and then passed!

It's an amazing car for some lucky buyer!
