Are RS allocations done for now

What would add transparency to this "game" and help enthusiasts who are prospective buyers would be a tally of how many the U.S. received and how many have been given to dealerships. If PCNA keeps track over regional managers and whether all of their slots have been given to their respective dealers, or are being trickled out but still tracked, then it would be great for that to be shared. It seems we know(?) how many total allocations were given to the U.S. and how many of those went to the 918 Circle program, but there seems to be speculation on the general allocation numbers.

I would venture to say that there are some dealers like our scumbag So Cal dealers that have not allocated their allocations yet because they want to see if they can get $40k-$50k over MSRP. My guess is there are probably about 50-100 cars that are not allocated to individuals yet in greedy dealer hands.

“Unfortunately, even as a new factory driver for 2015, I won’t be given a GT3 RS as a company car,” sighs Bamber. The RS is not limited, but until the production window closes in Spring 2016, a maximum of two thousand units will find their way to happy new owners.

We're still waiting on updates on PCNA's efforts to convince PAG to send more production stateside.
