Default Anyone going full leather interior?

I currently have standard interior for my GT3 but am considering full leather with the alcantara and carbon fiber inserts. I love the full leather with alcantara in My Cayenne GTS but different animal. Adding unneccessary weight has always been an allergy of mine but with this new 991 I'm beginning to think the Full FIAT leather interior may be worth it. I'm not getting PCCBs (heavy track use) Keeping AC and PCM/NAV and getting dash wart no roof wart. Any thoughts from the the commentariat?

I'm unclear as to what car you're referring too. A new RS?

Regardless, full leather is a very cost effective option for what you get and the additional weight is negligible. I wouldn't order any Porsche without it. Just my $.02.

Sorry yes RS, thanks Mike it does look much better I hadn't noticed the additional carbon and alcantara until speced out on 360 mode and a large monitor

Full leather for me. Always from now on. And I track my cars.

I had a 2011 GT3 with standard interior and it is so bland. It doesn't feel like a $100K car let alone a $200K car. My 2010 RS and my current GT3 had/have full leather. It is so much more appealing inside especially with all the deviated stitching. The interior is the part of the car that I see most and feels so much more special with the full leather/stitching on the inside (to me). Oh, and I'm still pretty fast at the track - the leather isn't slowing me down much.

Agreed on all counts, before I got the GTS wagon I thought my GT3 was great, but now having full knowledge of how nice the interior can be, hard not to tick that box

One of my used RS came full leather. I would have never options it and i. Was a no Cost option in that one. I liked it a lot better than the plain 997 interior.

With the comfy $$$ 991 it's even more befitting to have a decent interior.
Color and leather are pretty much my only 2 options.

I'm getting full leather - I offset the weight by adding alcantara visors and seatbelt outlets...my car is pretty heavily optioned.

Great info thanks people, I've really have been spoiled by the GTS and the more I look at my plain interior it just doesn't cut it at this price point. Surprised all the heavy track guys are going this way but like you all said the 991 really lends itself to it

Can the stickers be easily removed from Alancantara like they can for the vinyl one's ?

RS is ordered with full leather. I think the substantial majority are also.
