2015 used GT3 or build a 2016?
It is hard to make decision.
The 2015 one is 10% above msrp but I don't have to wait too long.
I got words that 2016 will be made this summer and I might get one at msrp.
But the accurate date cannot be promised.
Anyone??

Definately spec a new 16. It's hard to find a used one exactly like you want it. Waiting is not too bad -your dealer can give you regular updates on the progress of your build, then you can track the ship that your car is on (pretty addictive).

Part of the fun is the wait. Order exactly what you want.

Yes, get a 2016 because waiting is part of the fun.
Yes, get a 2016 because you can spec it to your own heart's desire
Yes, get a 2016 because theoretically it's MSRP (versus potentially a 2015 at a markup)
But, we all tend to forget. Part of the fun, and I would say, the best part of the fun is actually driving the car.
Waiting, say, 6 months to drive it, kind of sucks in my book. That's 6 months where you are not driving the GT3, and all sorts of bad things can happen like (1) dying, (2) becoming a paraplegic, (3) PAG going bankrupt, (4) ISIS starting WWIII.
Just something to consider ...
Good luck.

A used 2015 built to someone else's specs at 10% over MSRP or order a 2016 to your specs at MSRP? Tough one!
