At the dealer today to check out delaminating led headlight covers and he also noticed this piece of anti vibration material under rear light. Removed and no issue.

Thankfully front lenses being replaced as defect from factory.

Thanks for the advice, I yanked it out. My car is 0.00001 kg lighter now.

Funny that there are two threads on this already. Mine came out of the left brake light first, as well.

i removed these and i think it might be the reason im getting this vibration/rattling noise now....

its an intermittent rattling over hard bumps. its starting to bug me, cause its almost impossible to determine where its coming from...

seems like its from the back of the car... somewhere...

anyone else have it?
