I have both and despite the amazing power of the Huracan I prefer the 991 GT3 as you felt more connected to the car.
Huracan 0-60mph is like 2.5 sec which is Bugatti territory and it's very easy to drive around town but the driver connection is not quite like the GT3.
I still love the looks of the Huracan but the GT3 spoiled me
