Damn I meant to measure those and forgot. The oil tank uses a copper washer and the block uses Aluminum ones. These two look to be the same size they have used on previous cars. These should be available on the open market for pennies. I'll make a call and post back later. I am back with the answer the Alu are A16x20 and the Copper A18x24 both appear to be 1.40mm thick.

You can get the oil filters for $29 plus shipping from a few places ( porschepartshub.com, sonnenporscheoemparts.com, and guadinporscheparts.com.)

Does anyone know the part numbers or sizes of the crush washers?

.
I believe the part numbers are:

aluminum sump washer 90012313130
copper tank washer 90012300920

Hey Mike, do you remove both of the sump screws for draining (needing two sump washers for replacement), or just one?

Mech, since it's kind of a PITA to get to the plugs without the right tool, and since the workshop manual only calls for removing the plug at the front of the sump, that's what I did even though Suncoast provided 2 new plugs and two washers in their kit.

Now that I have a stubby 8mm Allen wrench, access should be easier and I'll probably try removing both next time just to see if a meaningful amount of extra oil drains out. If it doesn't I'll go back to removing only one and save on the time and washers.

While changing my oil I opened both block plugs just to make sure to get all the oil out. One thing I noticed was that after the initial gush of oil came out and the stream went from steady to drip I left it sit for quite awhile and came back to check on the drip rate and all of a sudden the flow rate increase to a steady stream. I guess my advice is to let the oil drain for maybe an hour if you want to get out all the oil out. Now don't tell anybody but I reused the crush washers as I didn't have the correct size on hand, any way no leaks....

Typically you can flip the crush washer over and reuse it. So at least you can get two oil changes per washer. The AL ones will crease due to torque on the plug so sometimes only two changes will work. The CU washer may be harder and less likely to crease.
