Great. Glad your dealer came around to offer the car at the right price. Question for you. Why did you spec the car with the smokers package? I ask because I have a non-smoking friend who did the same for an extra power outlet. I haven't looked at the inside of the 991 up close other than a cup car which is the reason I am asking.
By ordering the smoking package you get the lid covering the otherwise opening that looks unfinished on the center console.

Just remember, no matter what you have in writing right now, none of it means anything until it's the final sales contract that you both sign.

If you have a good number on your dealers list and the ask for a premium, you can and should push back. Do not just accept defeat. Porsche North America and ultimately the dealers (at least some dealers) do care about long-term customer value. It helps to have a couple of porsches in your garage now or at least in your past to show your brand loyalty as voted with your wallet in the past.
