Hey honey let's buy a house next to the airport...then we will complain that flights need to stop making so much noise. Oh wait, I'm reminded of that in Orange County overtime I take off from there

I've seen noise limits of 90db, 92db, and 103db for LS.

90db: Hooked on Driving, NCRC
92db: PCA events
103db: Racing

Yes, but most days are 90. Who can contact shark works and get the, working on this problem? I would pay a good bit of money for a solution, and I am sure there are hundreds of other cars that would as well.

I got black flagged 4 times during the Porsche Parade weekend in a stock Boxster S and that was with a 92db limit.

Yes. All 5 cars were on the stock exhaust. One even had a diverter.

I doubt the valves will knock 10dB off, and I'm sure there would be a fairly unfortunate loss of power due to it (if not a larger failure).

Aren't the valves closed all the time when you don't have the PSE button pressed?

If that's true, I still had no trouble hitting 100dB. I didn't have the PSE button on the whole day.
