In Case You Care, I Took Delivery Today (Jet Black Metallic GT3)
I know, it's not an RS and hundreds of people have taken delivery and posted it, but I thought I would post pics of my new 991 GT3. I honestly thought I would never buy the car. My 997.2 GT3 RS was great and I was pretty happy with it...until it needed a motor replacement AND all the raving reviews of the new GT3 came out. I only waited 6 months and picked a relatively boring color...but I have to say it is stunning in real life. I've only driven the car 75 miles or so, but it is much, much better than I expected. I don't say this because the car is new to me. I go through a lot of cars. This one is magnificent. The PDK-S is way better than the PDK on my Turbo S. Anyways, I'm not going to repeat all the things people say about the car...
I can post real thoughts when I have real seat time. I drove the car home in the pouring rain today and loved it.
P.S. Every time I start the car I press down with my left foot looking for a clutch. I find this funny because I don't do that with any other car I own. My mind thinks the GT3 is still manual...and honestly, the transmission feels and sounds manual except there are no gears to row through.

Congrats. Looks great. Now all you need is a panny and a macan/cayanne to complete your P collection.
By the way, although I have not owned too many high performance cars (m3, 911 turbo, jag RS), I have driven quite a few over the years (991 TT, 997 gt3, ferraris, lambo's, etc) and I think the 991 GT3 is truly a special car.

I'm not a panamera fan due to looks. Macan is cool but way to small for my needs. Cayenne is cool but is also too small for my family and I already have a DD and tow vehicle. I broke away from Porsche briefly, but they always sucker me right back in.

How could you! Do you think any one cares!
Haha J/K
This is exactly what we have been blabbering on, just drive the car and you can judge for yourself. Not that I'm saying that person will defiantly like the car, but just give it a go and judge. Beautiful car, big congrats! Enjoy every minute of it.
