Really well. I'll burn em up and try sport cup 2s and trofeo Rs. Still have a set of Trofeo Rs/Black Forgelines I used on my TTS that I will be using on the GT3.

Not sure yet. I'm signed up for the Corvette Museum track with MVP on April 11-12. I'd like to do some MSR days before then though.

Drove almost 300 miles this morning.

Quick observations:

More power through entire rev range than previous RS.
Steering almost feels like older 997.2 steering.
PDK-S shifting awesome (fast, firm paddles, great sound on shifting)
Car very maneuverable and agile.
Fast.
Not loud enough for me. GMG center bypass coming. Maybe side mufflers off in the future.

Don't mind waiting. If I get PTS and Euro delivery in spring/summer it will be perfect.

Congrats, beautiful car. Black is classic and sharp looking - having been there myself. Regarding Corvette Museum Track, if you have not been, be careful! I was there in Oct and it was technically challenging, not very fast, and they had some work to do - candy stripes in odd places, no rubber down on the track, lots of Armco. Have Fun!!

That's what I heard. Also heard of a GT3 or two biting it at end of long straight.

If black was offered like the wrapped mules on the RS, I would get it maybe...Lava still holding strong especially since the interior can have some magma accents. Hard to deny the power of a volcano when it comes to car color on an RS...

Interesting observation. Wasn't the 911Turbo S to get a similar PDK-S? Good to know PDK-S is limited to the gt3 & gt3 RS then!

Ky, the interior of your car is stunning. The extra leather options seen in the photo below truly make that interior 'pop'!

And I was impressed you matched the deviating stitching to one of the color flakes in your double-epoxy painted garage floors! That's class!

Enjoy in good health.

Eduardo

Actually, the red flakes in the floor match the cabinets in my garage...but the deviated stitching goes as well! It's actually not an epoxy floor, but a polyurea and polyaspartic coating.

I'm very happy with gmg center pipe. Disconnecting the vacuum line to valves will produce a nice sound, even at low revs. Enjoy the ride!
