AWE TUNING FOILER™ WIND DIFFUSER
Has anyone put these on their 991 GT3? My car just got to the dealer last week and this is one of the things I asked them to install before I take delivery of the car and they are telling me it doesn't fit.

I'm assuming you are talking about the little triangles used to take away the wind buffeting. If they cant put them on, I certainly wouldnt leave your car in their care for anything. They are a direct fit. Very simple job according to those who've done it already. Definitely can be done DIY for even the least mechanically inclined people. I'm dumbfounded how the dealer cant figure it out, unless you got a defective set, which I really doubt.

I installed them in under 30 minutes myself with a pocket bicycle repair kit :-) and wrote about it several threads down: https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3/...ing-fixed.html
Works well, fits well, look ok.

There is a piece they have to screw into the diffuser, comes in the kit. Mine was a little off and took some macgyver skills to make it fit.

The AWE piece comes with hole adapters - plastic brides that attach to the hole that the triangle has and have the hole that matches the placement of the stock hole. They are described in step 11 of the install manual: http://www.awe-tuning.com/media/pdf/..._deflector.pdf (you need to do only steps 1, 11 and 12, actually).
