Does anyone know any specifics on the new gt3 Rs engine? Is it part of the 91A family or something else entirely?

It is a 91A. Technically, specs are not available to the general public. However, if you mean output parameters, you can find them on the Porsche website. Don't use the US site as it's missing a lot of data. However, EU or ANZ appear to have filled quite a lot of the info.
