Because we do not know if people will pass after hearing about costs or because of insurance, calendar conflicts or something else that prevents an appearance, we'll keep the waitlist available. We still need to check on details regarding passengers/instructors, guests and so fourth.
I should be top 15 for that comment.

I can also help instruct.

I'd like to be on the wait list.

Let's see how it plays out HFM.

I don't want to bump anyone.

Guys,

I just got back from The Thermal Club. I was coached by one of the members there, Drake Kemper. He's racing for Mazda and I was able to slip into his busy racing schedule for a fantastic two days at The Thermal Club.
You guys are in for a treat. Its a wonderful facility and a very fun track, the Twin Palm configuration.
I was able to get over 50 laps of the Twin both days. So about 240 miles of tracking!
There were only 3 other cars on the track Saturday and I had the whole track to myself on Sunday.
Drake was able to get me down to 2:22.6, 6 seconds off his pace driving my car.

The whole facility is first class. The entire place is one big Man Cave!

First pic is the work shop. They pulled my wheels and rebalanced by wheels, my weights fell off after the second session on Saturday.
Second pic is the crew cleaning my car after Saturday. Pretty sweet.
Third is the timing tent near the start/finish line. They have a 50 inch flat panel with all your times posted. Pretty neat, pull up, look at the times, head back out.
The fourth is the present, temporary clubhouse. Breakfast and lunch while watching 5 different sports!

Thanks for the detail, great pics. Are you using the Harry's app on your iPhone? What did you use to mount the camera/phone? Thanks.

Been to many "man caves" but that certainly takes the cake.

Thanks,
Thank you James for putting the event together. Keeping my fingers crossed for the date to remain for April 3rd as I'll be leaving the country on April 5th

Trevor, I use Harry's and mount the phone using this:
Amazon.com: Car Mount, iOttie Easy One Touch Windshield Dashboard Car Mount Holder for iPhone 6 (4.7)/ 5s/ 5c/4s, Galaxy S4/S3//S2. HTC One-Retail Packaging-Black: Cell Phones & Accessories Amazon.com: Car Mount, iOttie Easy One Touch Windshield Dashboard Car Mount Holder for iPhone 6 (4.7)/ 5s/ 5c/4s, Galaxy S4/S3//S2. HTC One-Retail Packaging-Black: Cell Phones & Accessories

It doesn't look like much, but it sticks like crazy, holds the iPhone great and comes off with no residual on my leather dash.
