Default New OZ with heat cycled tires

Just got OZ Superforgiatas on SCIIs installed. These wheels are noticeably lighter than the OEM, look pretty cool too. For $15 a tire Tire Rack will heat cycle the tires. The tires seem sticker right out of the box.

BTW, the lift is up in these pics.

Looks great!!! More pics when you can. Also, what is the official weight of the fr/rr wheel? I'd be curious, as I didn't think there was much improvement on the stock forged wheel. Thanks

The wheels are 20x9 and 20x12.
Tires are OEM, SC2, 245/35 x 20 and 305/30 x 20.
I'm still contemplating painting my calipers red, although I do think the wheels and calipers look good together, despite the red ring around the CL.
Looking forward to getting theses babies out on the track.

Good question. I forgot to have my service guys weigh the wheel/tires, although they said they were obviously lighter while handling them. I'll have to defer to Damon with Tire Rack to weigh in, so to speak. Sorry bad one there!
I have to say, the pics don't do them justice.

I love the yellow and red together, on the black backgroud. If it was mine, I would leave as is. Looks awesome.

Wheels look great - probably what I will pick up if I don't trade the 3 in for the RS. You can order the ring in different colors - I know the rack only brings in the red, but maybe you can find a ring only off a EU dealer? Gold, Red, Orange and Black are the factory options, assuming you can change them out.

No
I've asked Tire Rack numerous times. They said the ring is glued on with a special glue and you can't order different colors separately. I've also emailed OZ twice and been deferred to TR both times

Nice wheels! I have a set of the OZ Superforgiata arriving in a few weeks in light grey. According to the Tire Rack website, the weights for the Superforgiata wheels are 19.85lbs front and 23.45lbs rear. My understanding is that the OEM wheels are 24lbs front and 28lbs rear, based on other posts on Rennlist.

That's a bummer - guess I'll get them for the GT4 in 5 Lug and figure out something else.

Thanks rm21, yes that seems about right. Really feels great.

Sam, I agree. The yellow and red on black looks great. I didn't expect it, but I'm pleased I didn't paint my calipers before. The lettering on the wheels/brakes/hats looks "racy".

Here's another close up of a rear.

BTW, the AWE wind deflectors worked great last weekend. Wind buffeting at over 140 mph was MUCH improved. Remarkable difference
