Jimmy, it MAY be there but there is no reason for Porsche to allow us to drive it. The RS is sold out with a hopeless list of people praying to their car god that their name be called. No need for them to peddle it.

I still don't see the $50,000 delta between the GT3 and RS. Nor do many of the Porsche sales people. I suppose its like getting the $10,000 Apple Watch which essentially does the same thing as the $359 apple watch. Owing the best of the best.

^ I do not disagree with you regarding the justification for the delta. I am very happy with my GT3 and just uncovered her yesterday. Weather has been pretty good the last few days in IL so I am going to head home shortly and take her out for an hour.

I guess my main reason for wanting to drive it was to see if there is any justification. But in the end - it is the latest and greatest so I get it. We all work hard for our money and every one is entitled to spend it as they see fit

Day 1

Arrive In Atlanta
We recommend that you arrive the afternoon of the first event date as our event will kick-off with a VIP dinner at 6:30 PM.

Ground Transportation From Airport to Hotel
If you are flying into Atlanta during your selected event dates, Porsche will provide complimentary ground transportation for you. Ground transportation will be provided from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to the hotel; to and from the hotel to the Porsche Experience Center; and from the Porsche Experience Center to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport during your event days.

VIP Dinner at Restaurant 356
356 is our brand new fine dining restaurant located within the Porsche Experience Center. Our classically trained chef and staff will prepare a contemporary southern-fusion menu and Porsche Executives will be on hand to greet you and answer any questions you may have.

Hotel Accomodations
One night of complimentary hotel accommodations will be provided to you during your selected event date. We have selected the Four Seasons in Midtown Atlanta, a five-star hotel for your stay.

Day 2

Transportation from the hotel to the Porsche Experience Center
The event will run from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
During the day, you will rotate through different experiences designed uniquely for you.

Behind the Scenes Tour
Get an exclusive tour of the experience center to see and understand the facilities, tracks and activities that are now available.

High Performance Sports Car Drive
You'll be one of the first to drive on our new test track inclusive of a 1.2 mile handling circuit and 5 other modules all designed to be entertaining as well as educational so that you learn how to get the most out of your vehicle. During the drive, you will be one-on-one with a Porsche Drive Coach that will rotate you through some of Porsche's newest vehicles, including the 911 GT3, the 911 Turbo, the Cayman GTS, Boxster GTS, and Macan S.

Technical and Design Briefing
Porsche experts will take you through what makes the 911 GT3 so special. From the design philosophy of the car to the powerplant and mechanics of the car.

Drive Simulator Session
Have you ever wondered what's it's like to pilot our Factory 919 LMP1 car through the straights and curves of the Nurburgring? You will spend time in authentic simulator machines that have software that's been programmed to provide you with a realistic drive experience that's beyond a normal gaming platform.

Human Performance Center Consultation
The most important input to any drive, is you. And within the Human Performance Lab, we have partnered with EXOS to provide a leading sports science laboratory at the Porsche Experience Center. Designed to maximize personal fitness, wellness and athletic performance, we can share with you the latest techniques to so that you can be the best you.

Porsche Exclusive Consultation
We have built a fitting lounge within the Porsche Experience Center complete with a wide array of options and samples. You can meet with an Exclusive Design Specialist and explore the latest design specs on your next Porsche vehicle.

But, weren't you affected? as in an original 2014 order that was switched to a 2015? I believe the event is only for those affected by the stop sale, meaning you originally ordered a 2014 prior to the stop sale.
