Default Looking to Lease 2015 GT3 Please Help

I test drove this car yesterday and fell in love. I'm going to be leasing this car, it's just narrowing down the right one. I have a few questions to ask . . . also please fell free to add any and all info you think would be useful to me getting this car.

Can this be driven as an every day car?
Do I need the ceramic brakes?
What basics do I need?-- I'm not interested in the leather stuff, and all of the luxury stuff at all?
Should I purchase the tire protection plan?
What will maintenance cost me for the 36 months?
Do I need the Xenon Headlights?

Thank you very much for your help.

First don't lease a GT3--Porsche lease rates are terrible. Pay cash or finance.

Can this be driven as an every day car? YES
Do I need the ceramic brakes? NO
What basics do I need?-- I'm not interested in the leather stuff, and all of the luxury stuff at all? Lift, extended tank, the rest is up to you and your pocket book.
Should I purchase the tire protection plan? NO
What will maintenance cost me for the 36 months? Have no clue as that is nickel and dime stuff (oil change, etc)

+1

Porsche didn't give them a good residual value. They do offer 84 month financing if you just dont want a high payment. I don't see these cars depreciating as much as a normal car so an 84 mo term wouldnt leave you as upside down after 2-3 years.

Do yourself a favor and do a search. The subject has been beaten to death over and over and over. If you're a PCA member, there's a nice article about it in the November issue of Panorama. The guy who wrote it knows what he's talking about...

Black. Period.

However, orthojoe will repeat his question 'Have I taught you all nothing?'

If money is not a concern and you track often, pccbs are nice to have. Otherwise, standard brakes are the way to go(for a lot of track use). The lack of brake dust is nice on the pccbs vs standard on street driven cars.

While technically correct, I'm curious how many buyers there are that track enough and have enough disposable money where a $20,000 brake job doesn't seem ludicrous.

Anyone here?

I know 2 people who I work with who do just this. I do agree it is an absolute waste, but then they talk about landing fees for their heavy jets and I walk away.
