Your wear pattern does look ok to me, but if the right(passenger) side is wearing faster than the left on a clockwise track, your alignment might be off

Hello Joe, I have followed your thread with great interest. Being relatively new to DE, intermediate groups, I have left my GT3 stock and for the first two seasons my tire wear was mostly flat across the surface of the tire and even L to R. But after my last weekend at NJMP Thunderbolt I have severe wear on my LF that I have not seen previously. I understand alignment is a dependent on the driver and track but I would appreciate any advise you might have for me on where to start my experimentation to find the best set up for me?

Great thread and you're flying around TH. So you like the RE71R over the SC2's? I've been running SC2's on my GT350 and was going to buy a set for my C2S but maybe I'll try the RE71R's.

Joe, are you running similar hot temps in the RE71Rs as the SC2s?

Bit the bullet and bought some 19s.
Also, still running Endless pads? I have really liked them so far, but it would appear the pad is not brushing the entire rotor face.

I'm no longer on endless. I'll be going back to ds1.11 because they are cheaper and work just as well. I've had no problems with endless me20 pads though

Anyone mix and match tire brands on front and rear? Hear me out....
I am running RE71r's right now on my 19 inch wheels - 255 front and 305 rear. I think the front sizes are perfect. But, I want wider rear tries - which are not offered in the RE71. On my 20 inch wheels, I am running, 245 front and 305 rear. I want to avoid moving up to 265 front on the 20 inch wheels. (dont want to go any further on camber and dont want the rubbing).
I dont like the idea of mix and matching tire brands. But, I am really thinking about running on 255 fronts RE71 on both 19 and 20 inch wheels. And then 325 cup 2s on the rears for both 19 and 20 inch. Its the perfect size set up I think, just wish I could get same tire all the way around in those sizes.

Good input Manifold - I tend to agree. Holding out hope that Bridgstone Re71r's are offered in a wider 19 inch rear.... I ran the 255 front 305 rear set up with them this weekend at Barber. wet track all weekend and lots of rain. Tires were great. Hope the dry traction is as good as the wet was.
