Manual only, paddles only, unless shifting into reverse, park, or manual for the first time.

Have been using manual and paddles shifting always. Rarely (almost never) change gears in mid-turn but when I have to I still use paddles... one gets used to the upside down pattern. Also use thumbs over the 9-3 o'clock steering wheel spokes.
