I would seriously consider paying over MSRP if I could get a Voodoo Blue PTS RS or GT4.

Hello all, new to the forum!
I have a cayman GTS in met carrara white on order, these photos have me sold on Voodoo Blue!
My favourite shots are the ones which demonstrated the deep rich blue (quite similar to Audi's nogaro blue?)
A question to the experts please:
How "baby blue" does it get on a sunny day? I personally think mexico or riviera blue might be too bright for my taste on a bright cloudless day (Though they are equally beautiful colours!)

Thread revival!
Rosino, I hear you guys had some nice sunny days up North, as such would like to reiterate CKR12's question regarding how light it looks in the sun.
What an amazing car! Need to finalise my 991RS order and hesitating between GT Silver which I find amazing with all black accents and Voodoo!
Thanks in advance

This may help..
I took these in direct Arizona sunshine.. but I have to tell you, they do not accurately reflect the color. To me the actual color is less muted than the pictures reflect. You really need to see a sample to know for sure. I actually liked it better in the direct sunlight than inside.

Thanks for the colour comparison, that's great. I do love the Voodoo blue. Couldn't decide between Voodoo and Mexico, but chose Mexico for the forthcoming RS, as I thought the lighter blue would contrast with the black details well. Good to the the UK choosing great cars!

Thanks to both of you for the input. Hard call. Voodoo is to die for. The thing that is making me question it is I already have the RS4.0 in grey with black accents on one hand and i will be daily driving the 991 so might get fed up with blue at some point!

Great looking 4.0 by the way.

Sapphire is a beautiful colour but is not on the approved list for some reason. It is also on every possible Porsche car I have seen!
Black takes away the contrast which some like, some don't (I do) but more importantly will require daily cleaning where I live.
Am honestly surprised by the lack of interest by the community (assuming number of pics taken/posted is a reflection of that) in GT Silver...it does look stunning and funnily most ladies I asked (starting wih my better half) say more classy. Should an RS be classy? many think not...I think why not if used as a dd
