I think it depends if it's already built or your building.
I just got mine, already built, was able to negotiate a swap of the clear tails for red ones (the red ones are twice as expensive as the clears) plus a full front end wrap (thought they did a crappy job)
My local dealer offered me $3500 off an income car but I wasn't big on the specs.

I usually get a token off MSRP for the "normal" porsches - my Boxster S, 997 TT, and Cayenne S. They usually take MSRP, cost, divide the two and call it a day.
on the GT3, i'm paying MSRP, but they gave me 145k for my 2008 F430 spider, and F of Dallas was only going to go 130. they ended up selling it for 151, so I made out okay.
