Red one was at Plano. PP (Park Place) had a dark blue one. I think Ducati above meant Plano not PP... What do I know though?

Let me guess, OP has never bought a new GT car before?.... Thread should read, how many people are paying MSRP and how many are paying a premium to enjoy one.

I can simplify. GT3's are not discount material generally speaking, some are sold at premium over.

The 997.2 3/RS both were selling at some (small) discount towards the end of the build period for them. There were many sitting on showroom floors.

I don't think we will see that with this generation.

Yeah Plano, not Park Place. and yeah they had my 430 up there for about 45 days or so before it sold, did like it, but hate Ferrari of Dallas, would rather go to the dentist than that dealership, so the F car went and the GT3 is inbound, although it looks like the Florida Highway has been parked off Halifax for 3 days now for some reason...

$1000 under MSRP. I have a great relationship with the Sales manager, He did it as a kind gesture to help cover the cost of shipping.

Completely disagree with this notion. No car I have bought was ever above msrp . No matter how exquisite the car is. All car are depreciable items. Paying over what the manufacturer thinks the car is worth is absurd. The premium people pay over the msrp has nothing about the cars true value; rather it is about the value of the buyer's patience and attitude toward money.

I'll just say, buying a GT3 on the last day (or second to last day) of the year was a very good thing (at least discount wise)! More on my incoming in another thread!

What I will say is there were dealers marking them up $10k and a slight few several k under.

It all comes down to the negotiation...which is what I do for a living, so it's always a fun thing to 'win'

No matter the price, I'm stoked to get the car

Are allocations still available or have dealers stopped accepting them?

No more orders.

There were a few dealers West Coast that have some coming in (Black) and there are a few others unspoken for around the country.

Next batch is about to hit ports (or have just hit).
