Window tint is done

To answer the questions:
This is 3M tint. When I had my Black C4S done we had gone with 35 which is already illegal in NY. I always thought is was a little too wimpy and never had a cop say anything about it. So I asked my guy (Avenue Sound in Freeport LI) if we could try the next darker shade which he said was a 20.
I'll see how it goes, if I have to change to lighter I certainly will.
Admittedly it probably looks darker in that shop with all the fluorescent lighting. As soon as I have it outside I'll post up some more pics.

Your car looks great. Good luck with avoiding LE issues.
I had 30 on a car once and I couldn't see out of the side windows if it was raining at night.

Thanks Alan. Push comes to shove I'm fine with redoing the sides. Back is OK as the laws only apply to front and side. I'll have a white roll bar soon.

Jeff, I was going to redo my sides but then I traded the car. Which roll bar did you go with? A friend has a white bar in his white .2 RS and it looks very good with the black interior.

Looking to tint my GT3 when it arrives. I have never tinted any of my previous cars. Question I have for the ones who have kept their cars for a long period [10 yrs. plus]. Does the tint product last with out the edges peeling or does it start to look old.
