They will make a heck of a lot more than 200-300 as someone answered above.

My guess is some sort of hybrid trickle technology from the 918

I am really hoping for the hybrid trickle down like the expensive cars. Torque is monstrous and immediate

If it is the 3.8L variant of the 9A1, then there must be something "exotic" to not only up hp in any measurable way, but to also help justify the rumored +$50k premium over the standard GT3.

Well, I didn't want to spill the beans, but since fxz already loosened his lips, I will drop another hint: it involves FC technology from the 1980's. There, I let it out. You read it on RL first.

To further differentiate the 991GT3RS from the base GT3, in addition to the wider Turbo body shell, Porsche has taken cues from Mercedes and added gull-wing doors. Here you see a test mule in NYC in the new PTS color Senfkorn Babywindel gelb (translated mustard seed baby diaper yellow).

Of course, the only problem Porsche is working to overcome is the 1.21 gigawatt powersource necessary for proper propolusion. Talks began with Elon Musk right after he returned from Burning Man.

Musk's preliminary responses involved a form of propulsion common on the older Tesla Roadsters with shorter battery lives commonly known as 'towing'.
