Default Car does not move when brake released

If I'm at a complete stop, when I release the brake the car will not inch forward. It only moves forward when I step on the gas.

I'm assuming the clutch does not yet engage until I step on the gas?

My C4S didn't do this.

Yep. No creep with PDK-S. All is well.

Ditto. Mimics a manual. If on a slope, it rolls backwards

Actually, annoyingly, it sometimes creeps.

I personally really like this. Let you know you are not warring away at a clutch surface.

Is it creeping or just rolling with gravity?

Mine hasn't had any creep in 700 miles. I have only experienced backwards roll. Can anyone let us know does the car roll forward on a downslope too.

The creep on PDK is something I really disliked, as compared to other manufacturers' dual clutch/sequential manual transmissions. Will never buy a car that creeps. It's a deal-breaker.

i've found that the creep is intermittent and more common after you have been driving in start/stop traffic. i had my dealer look at mine and they said it was normal / the pdk-s adapts to your driving style, though they couldn't give me anything more specific than that. If i go on longer drives there is little / no creep afterwards.

Creep is not natural. It's engineered into the transmission. Me no like!

No it's not roll it definitely creeps. Not that often and hard to pick up a pattern about when. Perhaps it is more in traffic as one suggested.

I'm curious, does PDK-S have the ability to change the clutch engagement point? For instance, the GTR has something like a dozen (+/- 6) that can be changed in order to either mimic more of a manual (no creep) or auto (creep). It's also in certain service intervals that a clutch re-learn is done periodically.

No creep makes me still feel like a real man even though I'm driving an automatic.

No there is a brake hold for aa couple of seconds to prevent back roll until clutch engages
