Thanks for your communication over the last 2 weeks. A little over 2 weeks ago I posted my Zanzibar GT3 RS for sale, and it has sold.

I am in need of a 2015 GT3 with sport buckets. The dealer that provided me my RS has a couple of cars he has offered me, but the one I wanted did not have sport buckets. A second dealer has offered me a car, but again, no buckets. A third dealer had a car that looked like it was mine, I commited, but apparently the guy that backed out didn't backout very well, called over the weekend, and took the car. (just found out a hour ago)

Soo..... I am summoning the power of the rennlist board to assit me in finding a vehile. If you know of any please advise. I am emailing dealers, making calls myself this evening to see what I can find. All dealers have been really good, direct, no BS, just no car. One dealer told me that there were only 6 bucket cars shown in the US as uncommited.

I would first like to wish everyone here a happy holiday season! I feel much more fortunate than usual the last 2 weeks. If you recall as stated earlier, I placed my beloved 2011 GT3 RS zanzibar for sale on this board and sold it in just over 2 weeks. The individual participates on our boards, and is a member. If he wants to add his comments to this post, I will leave it up to him to do so. I must say the transaction had no drama whatsoever. He flew in and we met at noon, PPI and all inspections were done by 3, funds were wired the next am, car on a trailer and left the same day. Absolutely perfect. I would give him the highest marks.

The next story is the same, a dealer told me he had a 991 with buckets that a gentleman had declined last Friday, and it could be my car. To be fair to the dealer he was great and responded quickly by contacting the individal that ordered it just to be sure. The gentleman that ordered it then declined didn't execute the backing out process as well as I hoped, and jumped back in. So on Monday the 22nd at at about 6pm I am dead in the water. I posted here when I arrived home from work at 8:39 pm. You guys referred me to Ralph at the car connection. The next line will be hard to believe, or not maybe if you have had a similar experience, but he worked it with me until about 10:30, by which time I actually had a choice between 2 cars. I called the dealer the next day after Ralph had preped them, cc for deposit, done. Car is actually coming in to the dealership late January. Soo... Dead to a 2015 GT3 with buckets in about 15 hours!!!

So, my conclusion: Rennlisters best place to sell your GT car, best place to buy your GT car, best palce for advice, members with very high caracter content.

Great story with your RS getting sold and your new GT3 coming shortly. Totally agree with you on the amount knowledge and comraderie there is here on RL. It has been a great find for me and hoping one day to meet more than one of you out there. I can honestly say we are family....GT3 that is.
