Hi guys. I'm new to the forum, and just purchased a '14 GT3 - it was a buyback. Some history: I recently traded in my '14 Turbo for this car, after having tracked the Turbo over the summer and not loving the 4wd dynamics at the limit (just my preference). That was my first PCar, and although I really liked it, for me it lacked that driver connection I was looking for (again, JMO). Unbelievable machine, though! So I began to research the GT3 and realized that production was halting in December and allocations were being snapped up. I looked around, and several dealers were showing availability, but many already sold before I got to them. I know I could have found one had I had enough spare time and the willingness to travel to get one, but I have very little spare time and a strong relationship with my dealership here in town (small town, one Porsche dealership). They happened to have 2 buybacks coming in, one of which was sold already, and the other one was built exactly like I would have done it. It was also rated a 5/5 at the dealer auction where PCNA sold them. So I bought it at a discount, and am very happy with it so far - in fact I LOVE IT. I had a few questions for the first owner, and taking the chance he/she is a rennlist member. Car was originally purchased from Circle Imports in Long Beach, CA. It's white with black interior (red deviated stitching), and clear tail-lights. Pretty much loaded with the exception of PCCBs. Please PM me if this sounds familiar. I would imagine Circle could contact the original owner on your behalf and have him / her(?) contact you if they feel like talking about it.
