Can anyone measure the clearance with the lift down and up? Ground to bottom of front lip. Curious.

I know one issue is the length of the front end from the front wheels forward that also poses a problem compared to some other exotics that sit pretty low that seem to have a shorter front.

I would at least hope they don't get snow.

3.9 inches from ground to bottom of the black lip. Add about 1.3 inches when the lift is fully raised.

Thanks. 3.9" wow!

I don't see how you can get by without a lift especially with the long front end.

I have the 991 C2S with SPASM and the Sport Design front bumper and have 6".

Photoshop! No way that would be built. It's to easy to fix during construction but I like the Launch Control function!

I've seen one close to that but longer - so you have a head start- in Atlanta. Couldn't believe it.

I've almost rented a house with a driveway like this, just going downhill in Berkeley Hills. It actually worked if approached diagonally at an exact angle, luckily there was enough space. But any mistake could result in a car stuck like a beached whale.

I have a Front Lift on my 997.2 GT3 and use it all the time. I can't tell you how many parking garages or even parking lots are designed poorly.

Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it..... But I'm a republican....

you should probably get the lift.

If not, you'll be just fine!
Saw this on a site about faulty construction projects....all I can say is WOW!!
