I think because my car is a euro delivery, my dealer can't actually see any information in his computer. I think only Jamie (she is the euro delivery person) has access to my information. I got an email from her:
"
Your car was unloaded over the weekend, we are just waiting for the customs clearance then they are going to give me an estimate on the bumper repair. The parts have already been ordered so it should be a quick fix, but I will not know an exact estimate until they can pull the car in the shop. I will follow up with you as soon as I have that information. "
Got knows how long it's going to take.

Yep, I live in Manhattan.
They were just the first dealership that told me they have an allocation. They were also ok with euro delivery, in fact they encouraged me to do it.
Experience has been awesome so far, true they do not have the best price. But they are fair, and they didn't try to pull any tricks.
