Default Override In Automatic Possible?

Was just curious whether this was possible. So, for example, in PDK Sport Automatic Mode (which I understand doesn't shift until very high in the rpm range), can you pull a paddle to get it to shift earlier? Thx.

Yes, any time you pull a paddle it overrides the automatic.
