The woooooo may be the springs rubbing on the perches. I had this too until they were lubed at the dealer. Check out that thread.

You mean it won't rub when it's hot? How could that be? I thought it is the space issue....

I guess it means that the tires are scrubbing at extreme lock to lock when cold .the suspension settings are very aggressive .
Like i said I haven't confirmed but dealer says it is common in all 911s. in Fact before test drives they take the car out to warm up the tires.
