I would have thought so too, and was surprised to find out from a good dealer in N.Y. who tried to give me a update utilizing my com. # wasn't able
to access , I guess it keeps the cars protected when dealer specifically ordered, I am sure Atlanta has info access . Just sharing that experience .

I'm surprised too. I guess it makes sense that PCNA would have all access but dealers would not.
