Default Screened vent in front of frunk

What is this venting? Is it routed back to the engine in some way?

Where does the water go when it enters?

Vents ahead of the front trunk / bonnet exhaust the radiator air above rather than below the car - it all helps suck the GT3 onto the road at speed and aids in radiator cooling.

oh I see - it's an exhaust rather than an intake. Interesting.

So if I pour water into it, the water will spill down over the radiators?

After washing car don't b surprised when u take it out for a drive steam will come out from those vents due to water spray onto hot radiator. Mike

As others have said, the radiator is located just below the vent. The reasons are to help cool the engine and also instead of creating a turbulence inside of the bumper letting the air flow exit through the top while creating downforce is an added benefit. The radiator cannot use all the air that is being sucked in on higher speeds.

Similar thing was done on E9x M3's. The intake had a vent on the hood for any excess air entering through the inlet.
