Until they are worth $200k then they mostly get bubble wrapped
OK $180 it is.
I hate posting rumors that sound like they are bad ones (this one is too juicy to let go) but a "connected" friend of mine, who over a year ago told me the RS will have some similarities to the RSR (wider body, side scoops, etc) told me the he heard a rumor the RS may be 4.2 L. I am posting this for fun and FWIW and personally don't believe it. That said, none of us knew the GT3 rev'd to 9 K until the spy pictures slow911 (moderator) shared a week or so before launch and RWS wasn't known until the car launched so I am totally expecting some pleasant surprise(s) when the car launches.

I wonder what, if any presence, PAG /PCNA will have at F1 this weekend. Certainly for ALMS, obviously they were in force, and Detlev was mingling a lot. On the off chance any big whigs are there this weekend, our attending rennlisters can tie them up and interrogate them...

yes, my point is that I think anything less than a $170k base is highly unlikely, and at $180k, although a lot of coin, it would be a deal comparatively to speciale, etc. I have to believe Porsche knows this
