Hey that's the same color combo I ordered (GT Silver w/ black wheels).

I don't think you can go wrong with either. FWIW, I ordered the GT3 in GT Silver because the majority are painted white. For the same reason, I ordered my 918 in Oryx White (since roughly 50% are painted some shade of silver).

I am in love with GT silver. I don't think it blends with the wheels - the wheels still have quite a bit of pop. Have you considered black wheels?

I am very biased.
I own a gt silver gt3 It's simply a gorgeous choice hides dirt and at dusk takes on this great purple hue. It's just an excellent choice. My new one is jet black metallic. Very sinister looking car. Honest truth you could put daisy sand butterflies on this car it would look great. Pick what you like. But there an awful lot of white ones out there. In my city they got a total of 6. So far delivered 2 white 1 black. I believe there are 2 more whites and a gt silver on the way. Just saying. A lot of white cars outs there

I bet that shot is under fluorescent light. Pure silver. Outside it takes a strong blue hue. Cool color indeed.

Nope. Too cold, too blue, too bland and flat.

Really, rhodium and GT Silver are very different.

I too am biased!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

I went with White but GT Silver was a very very close second choice. Both are gorgeous colors on the GT3!

Precisely why I chose Rhodium and with black wheels (always hated them), looks outrageous! (to me, of course)

I know this was not meant for me but, if you wouldn't mind, I feel it could've been so I'll answer as if it was: Yes!

A beautiful photo by Rennlister Dennis C at the Porsche Museum -- emphasizing (light) silver as a heritage and iconic Porsche color:

Thanks for putting this great photo out there.
Color choice is tough for sure, but I too think the light silver (Rhodium) is a fresh take on a classic. With black wheels it really pops and brings to mind a few dominant aggressive race cars like the Mighty Sauber/MB C-9's. Great color combo IMO.

OK I'm convinced, I'm switching my Carrara White Metallic to GT Silver.

Maybe we're not looking at the same pictures or video but those are heavily edited. Here are some screen caps of the video for reference

While edited, I have gt silver and it's still a pretty good representation.
