Default GT3 Wing Question

I don't own a GT3 RS yet but plan on in the near future. Question is can you put a GT3 wing on a GT3 RS? I'm not a fan of the big wing for street driving. I don't have any plans of tracking the car. I know what your going to say, buy a GT3. I prefer the RS body. Thanks in advance.

You can, though you also need to buy the GT3 engine lid as well.

Yes this is another option. But I like the look of the GT3 wing.

From what I have seen the 992 GT3 RS has active aero. Very similar to DRS in F1. That may be hard to replace with a static wing.
I have a 2019 lizard green GT three RS that has a static wing with all the options available. I also have a Dundon Exhaust upgrade that sounds magnificent.
If you are interested in working out a trade please PM me. Im interested in upgrading to 992 version specifically for active aero and active suspension.

Think he’s looking at 991 RS not 992

And you have driven a 991 GT3? The wing is right in the middle of the rearview mirror and doesn't apparently work that well aerodynamically. I personally would do a ducktail or a touring lid but that's me. Actually an RS with a ducktail would look awesome. I am planning to get an aftermarket wing both for aero at the track and to get the wing out of my rearview for track and street.

It will be street driven only. What can possibly go wrong?

Meanwhile, non-plebs like Seinfield had his factory approved de-wing 3RS from Sonderwunsch program.

Must be running a special Weissach tune to ensure his RS handles as good without a wing.

The RS is built for a specific purpose if some of you want to use it as a DD it's your choice.
My intention was to alert a interested party that the question he is asking Porsche sent letters warning it's RS customers.
Best of Luck to all of you and Happy Holidays
