Risk MY14 to find MY15 Allocation?
#17
Thanks guys for the fast responses!
This may sound like a funny question, but when a dealer (that's not necessarily in my area) tells me they actually have an allocation for me, is there a way they would provide proof? Would hate to cancel my deposit on this car to find out the allocation wasn't actually there.

2015 allocations are available at MSRP. Comes down to whether you want the car now or in Jan as sccchii highlights. Willingness to source outside your area may or may not be a factor.

If you can lock down the allocation get the MY15 and get the buckets! It will be such a rare 991 option. My .02

Guys,
Great news. Thanks to your enthusiasm and push, I've been able to secure an allocation for a December build GT3 with bucket seats!
Thanks so much for the push not to give up! I was pleasantly surprised at how many allocations are out there! In my search, I found at least 4 in California!
Now the slow wait begins (although I'm sure some of you have been waiting much longer!)
Cheers,
Rich
