Default Color Poll - Rhodium Silver vs. Dark Blue vs. Guards Red

We all have our opinions and I need to hear yours. I'm conflicted! Surprise! I had decided on dark blue metallic until I really started looking at the lines of this car. We all know you can drive yourself crazy with this as so many of us have no doubt. I also really like Rhodium silver and Red, to me, both of these colors really bring out the lines of the car. What do you think?

DBM because it'll be rare and the more you look at it, the better it looks on cars. Here's a 918 that really shows it off:

Pity the configurator is the worst of all places to get an idea of how color actually looks

Configurator is horrible at showing colors. IMO Silver or Red. Just keep in mind red is much more up keep and silver hides dirt and dust better. Red needs frequent waxing to really preserve shine. Both beautiful though.

Silver or red. White is played out and does not really suit the car. DBM might look good on a 918, but is boring on a 991 body.

If you polled the color choices on RL, I would say it's probably 50% to 60% white, 20% to 30% red, then the rest. Red is the new White and probably makes up a higher percentage of '15 orders, but was behind white in '14 orders.

Just something to consider if you wanted to be more unique, or a more popular choice...

The next time you take a drive, look around at all the other cars. Tons of white, black, silver, gray. Not quite as many red. Blue is relatively uncommon. You want to blend in or stand out from the crowd?

DBM will look great and will be the rarest, by far, of the three.

It's actually CarrAra white. And, unless you went PTS, you went with carrara white metallic (Porsche has offered both carrara white [B9A] and carrara white metallic [S9R]). Not trying to nitpick, just providing some clarification.
