Default Commission No.

If I have got the commission no. does it necessary mean that my car will be produced?
My contract says March production/delivery and the commission no. is 02135xx. Deposit put in May. What are commission numbers of you guys that are getting cars in Dec if you don't mind me asking?

Having read all the rumours about end of production I am hesitating whether I should sell my present car. I need to sell it to have the funds for the new one but would regret it if I am going to be left without any sports car. I don't see any alternative on the market presently to my car if it is not going to be the GT3.

Is it possible that only production for NA will end this year?

Any thoughts?

Something's definitely wrong...they wouldn't have given a commission number for a March production yet? Do you have a progress report that shows estimated dates for production, port arrival, etc with all dates on it?

I doubt they had any 2015 allocations in May. You would be the first production date past Dec I have heard. Make him show you the print out.

For reference, my commission number is 8360XX. My V250 (or fix date) is 10/24/14. Car is scheduled to be at dealership 1/19/15.

If you meant March "delivery" it's conceivable it's a late December build but your sales associate should have given you a sheet/PDF with progress dates. I'd call you dealer to verify as well.

Good luck.

My dealer is in Austria. I thought that end of production might refer to NA only.

Asking the dealer doesn't make me believing what he is saying. He is very friendly and honest but his source might not be.
Back in May there were no rumours about end of production and it was my request for the car to be manufactured in calendar year 2015. March 2015 was not the first available slot at that time.

What kind of production record/production codes are you referring to? What are they and what do they mean?

My NA commission number is 7542xx, are ROW commission numbers 6 or seven digits?

Mine was one of the first Cat C (2014 order moved to 2015 due to the stop sale) to get the new commission number, number was issued in May.

Just got a reply from my dealer. They have no information regarding end of production of GT3 and at this point they can't guarantee what is going to happen with my order.
They know that RS will be available in Spring but no information whether it is going to replace GT3 on the production line.

Conclusion is that still I know nothing.

I am a little concerned that your commission number stated above has too many digits. If you have a PAG commission number the dealer should be able to give you a printout from PVMS.

My commission no. starts with 0 so I believe it can be considered as 6 digits number.
What is PVMS??

If you really want one I would line up another allocation.
